Frequently Asked Questions
Every job is different, and that means it would be unfair to give a quote without first assessing the problem. Surveys typically start from £60, which will be deducted from the total cost of treatment, should you choose to take up the recommended treatment or control programme. I am normally able to give an estimated cost over the phone when you can describe your problem.
If you have pets, they will form part of the on-site risk assessment and management plan that is part of every job. However, you must follow any recommendations and instructions before, during, and after any treatment/control programme.
Every control plan is carefully considered, with the least toxic options always considered first. Our commitment to environmental awareness, and legislative compliance, means that we believe every pest issue can be resolved with minimal human or ecological impact.
The impossible question! Every situation presents its own challenges and I enjoy solving the problem no matter what the species. People often believe they have bed bugs, when in fact it is carpet beetle. The relief people experience when I explain this, is one of the parts of the job that I enjoy the most.
